Based on Wolverine's exclusive FoametTM material technology, FKM Foamet is ideal for applications requiring high-temperature resistance under low-pressure torque seal conditions. Available in multiple metal hardness options and foam material thicknesses ranging from .008" to .019" per side, FKM Foamet is customizable for use in motorcycle, high-performance automotive racing & aftermarket off-road gasket applications and a variety of secondary gasket applications such as side covers and encasements.

  • IMPROVED TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE :: FKM Foamet delivers temperature resistance of up to 250°C under low pressure torque seal conditions; a 100°C temperature improvement over standard NBR Foamet materials.

  • CUSTOMIZABLE RUBBER THICKNESS :: FKM Foamet thickness can be customized based on your specific requirements – controlled FKM rubber thickness variation (.008" to .019" thickness).

  • METAL OPTIONS :: Available in aluminum or stainless steel.

  • REDUCED MACHINING TIME :: FKM Foamet has excellent flange conformability to surface irregularities, which allows it to effectively seal uneven and stamped surfaces, while reducing flange finishing requirements.

  • FOAMET FAMILY Of Materials :: Wolverine Advanced Materials offers 10 grades of standard NBR coated Foamet with Aluminum (SAE 5052) & 13 grades of Foamet with Steel (SAE 1010). All of these exclusive materials are market tested & proven in a wide range of secondary sealing applications.
